Our Quality Standards

Our priority is offering both high quality wheelchair accessible vehicles and high quality service to our customers.

We strive to ensure that all of our wheelchair accessible vehicles are at their highest standard before they leave our showroom.

Upon arrival, every single vehicle undergoes rigorous inspection to check the quality of the WAV. The assessment of each vehicle includes a thorough inspection of the bodywork, followed by a careful inspection of the vehicle documents.

Following inspection, the wheelchair car is then taken for any refurbishment or alterations that are required, including the replacement of any consumable parts that are wearing thin. Each vehicle is serviced and tested to the Government independent standard MOT test. 

Before the vehicle is sent out for delivery to the customer, is then fully valeted and cleaned, to ensure our customers receive their vehicle at its highest standard.

It’s not only our wheelchair accessible vehicles that we ensure are of the highest quality, but also our customer service. Our specialist team are always on hand to offer advice and support throughout the customer’s journey, from initial enquiry to aftercare. We don’t just fit a kit and walk away, but ensure your adaptations are fully suited to your needs and offer an impeccable after-care service.

We also offer free delivery in the UK and Ireland to make WAVs accessible to all those who require them.
